I have "Spam Process Disable" but some still are going o SPAM Folder

I have "Spam Process Disable" but some still are going o SPAM Folder

I turned OFF Spam Processing about 2 weeks ago, but still some good emails are going to My Spam Folder (Burger King, Dominos Pizza ads, 4-5 other good emails). Why is this happening Please?
