I have to Portals in projects- can I delete the one I don't want

I have to Portals in projects- can I delete the one I don't want

Google Apps appears to have created a 2nd portal in my account instead of linking to my existing Zoho Projects. 
1) I would like to be able to link the correct portal to my Google Apps account
2) I would like to remove the 2nd portal.

How can I do this?
