I have troubles to register a username for domain based email account

I have troubles to register a username for domain based email account

I register a username " me@katana.gq" but when i go to the next page "add users" my browser take me back to the first step and from then i'm not able to continue the process because it says i already registered that EmailID and i cant solve the problem.

HELP!!!
