I need a step-by-step guide to integrating zoho recruit api into my main website pages

Would like to get a quick overview or guide on how to integrate a Zoho Recruit API into my main website pages.  Basically, I want to have the client fill out a form and then "POST" the form fields into ZOHO Job Openings database thereby creating a Job Posting by the user directly from the main website.

How do I get the data from the form fields, where do I put it and then what does the html look like to actually do the POST.


Any help or references would be appreciated.
