I need help setting up email on domain

I was helping a friend create email with domain name:www.ootegas.com, I got to a point of phone verification and because the code didn't come on time, I went backward to see if I could add another phone number. Now, I can't access the phone verification page. I tried starting all over but keep getting message that www.ootegas.com already exist. I tried signing in but it says email or phone does not exist on Zoho. I need help please.
