I have days calling to support, writing emails. And you never have a solution. So I lost my patience, time and also money with your service. I don't want know more about Zoho. My issue was because you only allow me to add 1 license but I paid for two!!!. You received from my bank account the amount of two licenses. So, really you need a lot of time to solved this issue ?. So what happened with all the time that I lost ??. I was only trying that you enable another license that I paid already. But now how you are inefficient to do this, I want NOW my COMPLETE REFUND MONEY. Never will contract a not US company. You have practices that are not correct with global standard sand your service is wrong.
I need my money ASAP. I prefer to pay a little more in another platform but having a serious service and confidable. I'm very upset. You have the worst support service in the world.
