I signed up as a new user for zoho email but am unable to add new users now.

I signed up as a new user for zoho email but am unable to add new users now.

I signed up for zoho free email. While configuring I added just one account which is also super admin. But now when I login from super admin I am unable to add users. I even tried forgot password to check if my admin email is correct. Please help
