I was charged randomly on my credit card

Hi, I was charged a 34,65 $ CAD   but I don't know why. I dont even know how zoho got my credit card. I'd like to know how to get a refund.. I tried to reach Zoho support, but i'm not registered and they ask me my info to start a free trial etc..

I have a free account on Zoho mail, but I never registered for a paying account and I would like to stop this

I can give you the confirmation number of the transaction, but I didnt find any phone number or email where i can get support on your website..

On my credit card report it says:

 ZOHO Corporation  XXXXXXXXXXXXX    CA US       34,65

Where XXXXXXXXXXXXX is a 13 digits number
