I am a one-man startup and a vital requirement I have for my CRM is for it to save and keep a record of all email correspondence with clients automatically. Being able to create clients in the CRM directly from email inquiries would be a bonus but not necessary. MythDHR
This was one of the key features that drew me to Zoho CRM (free) - and now after digging around I'm finding it might not be available?
I have already signed up for the Zoho Mail Lite plan which includes IMAP/POP access. ($18pa)
Questions:
What edition of Zoho CRM includes the email integration I am after?
Is there any point in keeping Zoho Mail Lite if there are free alternatives that might work as well?
Notes: I don't require attachments to be saved to the CRM Am I better off picking a different CRM that offers what I'm looking for?
