HI,

I would like to hear from THE COMMUNITY of ZOHO users:

I am *THINKING* about coming back to ZOHO. The company I am with is only giving me 5 gigs of storage where I can get 10 with ZOHO.

But, What is making me reluctant to coming back is.. I see a couple CURRENT posts saying that everyone they're emailing, goes to the recipient's spam folder. And that kind of makes me uneasy.

I know how to set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC records so that wouldn't be a problem. But emails going to spam even though SPF and DKIM and DMARC is set up that would bother me.

Is this happening to everyone on ZOHO or just a select few users?

How has your experience been with ZOHO?

I know that  I have emailed them about something and it took like 2 days to get it resolved. But that is prob due to the time difference.. 6 AM my time is 4:30 PM India's time.

The only downsides I see to ZOHO is:
* They're slow at replying to tickets

* And no one is able to answer tickets on Saturday's

* And POSSIBLY legit emails sent emails going to spam.
