Ics attachment missing

Hi,
when scheduling an interview the ics attachment is not added to the mail sent to the interviewer. We cannot understand what the problem is. We modified the template with a new text but we cannot find the option to add ics file. Wouldn't it be added automatically?

Any help would be appreciated.
