We'd like to request a way for .ics files that are sent to the customer to include reminders.

For example, when an .ics file is imported into a user's calendar, it will by default (or have a configurable) a reminder to alert the user within their mail/calendar program (eg. Outlook, Zoho Mail, etc.) that their appointment 'is about to start in 5 minutes' or that 'they have an appointment tomorrow at X time', etc.
