I would like to understand a bit better the ID Caller function for people who have the Zoho Recruit app on their phone. I understood that this feature is only available on iOs. I am an Android user and this feature could definitely make me become an Apple user. However, before spending hundreds of euros in a new phone, could you give me  some details about out it works. I am also interesting in Zoho Recruit users' opinion who have an iPhone.

Do the phone number in Zoho Recruit has to be under a specific format? With the parser, for me phone numbers are parsed under different formats (+33 6 XX XX XX, or (06XX) XXX, or 06XXXXXXXX, etc...))

Would it still work for each of them? Or do I have to manually change the format (with 10k candidates, that would take to much time, even more that I would appreciate the ID Caller for the Clients too).
