iincoming new emails are not being received anymore, after a few hours of use.


Hello,
I became a user of zoho mail on 15/01/2019.
I started today 17/01/2019 to rotate from my old email provider to my new zoho email address.
All worked fine in the beginning, until my Zoho email box stopped accepting incoming emails.
I used Firefox Tor Browser to hide my IP address while doing this all, it worked fine for a time, until it didn't anymore. 
I receive message from senders that their emails aren't being accepted by Zoho mail, or the ones that are said to be sent, are not showing up in my email inbox or other inboxes, so they are probably lost.
Can you unblock the access to my incoming and outgoing emails?
Otherwise I will have to get a properly functioning email address elsewhere.
Why did this happen ?
