Images have not been posting on Facebook. Causing massive amounts of extra work and devasting impact on our engagement.

Why has this not been fixed? Why cant i contact anyone at Zoho? 

When will we recieve compensation for this massive outage and more importantly. When will it be fixed?

Very tempted to move to another company, this is shocking.
