IMAP Access keeps getting disabled

IMAP Access keeps getting disabled

I have recently moved my company's email to Zoho. Currently we're on the free account. The problem is that I can't get the IMAP access enabled on my own email account. Every other email account that i've setup get's IMAP enabled except for my own. I'm the super administrator for our email. Every time I enable the IMAP access, it says that the access is enabled, but then immediately disables it.

How can I fix the above problem?
