IMAP and POP enabled on @zohomail.com.au address but IMAP not functioning

IMAP and POP enabled on @zohomail.com.au address but IMAP not functioning

Hi,
I have been starting to look at Zoho as an alternative to O365 or Gsuite for my clients and have setup a couple of free addresses using the zohomail.com.au addresses.  I am trying to see if I can link IMAP for outlook and Mac mail but have had issue with both the accounts I have setup.

POP and Imap are both enabled in settings. POP works fine. SMTP validates and sends but when attempting to test the settings with IMAP in Outlook I receive password errors. The same password is being used for both SMTP and IMAP and when I test the same settings with POP. There is no Multi-factor Auth enabled.

Password seems to fail just for imap and Outlook displays:
"Log onto incoming mail server (IMAP): Your server unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity."

Is there a restriction on IMAP for this account type even though it shows as being enabled?
