IMAP doesn't seem to be working with Microsoft Outlook

I have added the following settings as per the page.  https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/outlook-imap-access.html

However, after multiple tries, I keep getting this error message for both the SMTP and the IMAP, and I get this error. Your email server rejected your login

My email address is gladwyn@whalesandshrimps.com, and yes the IMAP and POP services, including ActiveSync are all updated.
