Wondering if anyone know what is going on as for the past several days we are having email issues when using IMAP on an iphone.

First it started with new emails showing as received but when you go to view content it is very slow saying message content has not been downloaded yet.

Now, no new emails are showing at all on iphone, but sending works.

Tried to remove account and re-add on iphone. Tried to generate new MFA pwd and re-authenticate on iphone. Authentication successful but still no emails.
