I've run multiple migrations over the past few days and they have all finished quickly but the current migration is taking far longer than expected.

This migration is for just one user with around 6k emails and has been running for over 6 hours now and is not even 50% complete based on the migration info.

Please advise what can be done to speed this up. We were hoping to switch to ZOHO Mail today but this unexpected delay is holding that up.
