I have used IMAP migration to transfer emails from my old sever to ZOHO and have been notified that the migration for my primary account has completed. However, there are some emails that have not been migrated. For example my inbox doesn't have any recent emails apart from those that have come through since the MX record change. Before that, there are no emails newer than May 2012.

No errors etc are reported for the migration.

The migration status shows completed, and for the "INBOX" shows

Totals Messages:         3199

Migrated Messages:      1 197

This is similar for some other folders. I have attached a screen shot of the migration info.

Please let me know how to proceed, as it is imperative that I have a complete record of emails transferred across.
