I am using High Siera on Mac. This is a new mac. I have configured Mail client as imap. I have two problems.
1. I am not able to send out any email using Mail. I can receive them.
2. The mails are not syncing. The Mail shows "downloading messages" for ever. I have 15gb mails on server but it should not take many hours or days to sync them. I deleted the account and created it again but the same problem persists.
3. Response of support team is too slow. It should be in minutes rather than days. As business user, I have to express my dissatisfaction.
