IMAP, POP, Outgoing access blocked

IMAP, POP, Outgoing access blocked

Hi, 

One of my account recently showed as having all three IMAP, POP and Outgoing access blocked with no apparent reason.

Is there anyone that I can refer to that can check what could be the issue?

The account still have storage quota available and to my knowledge has not infringe any of Zoho's policy.

Appreciate if someone could help.
