Import Candidate from Parsing not working

Import Candidate from Parsing not working

We recently upgraded to the new version of Zoho & our ability to import candidates with parsing does not appear to be working. It still pulls in the candidate in the Chrome extension, but then the candidate does not show up inside of Zoho or through searching the candidate by name. How do we get this to start working again?
