Import CRM Vendor Module for Mail Merge

Hello,

It seems I cannot import the vendor module field for a merge document? Is there a way to turn this on? 
I have the ability to import my custom module fields, but not standard built-in CRM modules like Vendors. 

Am I missing something? Thank you very much for your assistance!
