Import from evernote hangs

I am unable to import from evernote to ipad. I am also unable to send feedback via the app as i just get an error saying something went wrong and one button 'try again'.

I selected all notes when initiating the migration

I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app - ipad, ios10. There is no option to logout in the app as it is stuck in the above loop

Please can you let me know how i can get this resolved.
