Hello,

Im new in Zoho and im Actually experimenting Zoho features specially its email feature before the company im working with subscribe completely to Zoho.

While the features are good. There is one requirement that i need to validate and that is Import features. In outlook if we import an email we can put it on another inbox(pst) that is not on line and we can do it several times and name it as we wish. It seems i cannot find that in Zoho (or maybe i missed it?) because my employer archiving their email by year and remove those email on their active inbox but they can browse it on their outlook as offline email.
