Important feature such as cross-workbook reference or ImportRange?

Is there a feature in zoho sheet that allows cross-workbook reference or ImportRange?  If not, is there any plan to release this kind of feature in the near future?  If there is not such feature, why people will come to Zoho from Google Apps?
