importing email addresses to white and black lists
As part of my migration from my previous email server to Zoho Mail, I'd
like the option to import a user's white or black list from the previous
server.
This is becoming an issue for our users who have customers they
email with regularly, which were whitelisted on the previous server,
and are being flagged into the spam folder on Zoho. I did see a previous
post discussing this. I'm hoping that there is now a way
to import this information from the control panel. It would be
a very valuable tool!
Additionally,
we had another setting on our previous server that automatically
whitelisted any email address that a user sent an email to. Is
this something that could be enabled on Zoho also?
