Importing emails & other info from gmail

Hi there, My company has recently switched from our own email server, to using google apps as our email provider. Previously we have used Outlook to manage our email, and have installed the Zoho plugin so that we can easily add new clients, candidates, parse resumes, and track email activitity. Is there any plug-in or app we can install that will have the same function in gmail/Google Apps Mail? I have the Zoho Recruit Resume Extractor plugged into Chrome, but we really need a way to import the email as needed. Let me know, -Chris
