Impossible to confirm the Zoho account

Impossible to confirm the Zoho account

Hi, 

I have created a new account.

I can not access this account because the system tell me that was unconfirmed yet.

So, the system asks me a verifications code that is sending to me in the email addres that I do not have access (the new zoho account email).

How I can change this situation?
