Hello !

I am currently working on connecting our Facebook Ads leads to Zoho CRM via Zoho Social. I have an issue when trying to fetch UTM parameters entered in the ad to Zoho CRM.

So my UTM looks like this in Facebook Ads Manager : utm_source=Instabook&utm_medium=PAID&utm_campaign={{campaign.name}}&utm_content={{adset.name}}&utm_term={{ad.name}}

I edited the mapping in Zoho Social to gather the campaign, content and term parameters :

But i cannot find any way to fetch utm_source and utm_medium. They do not appear in Zoho CRM after receiving the lead (the other parameters do appear).

Is there a way to syncrhonize them ?
