impossible to save document/information loss

Hi,

Today we noticed that zoho show started giving an error when editing a document and saving it (error saving the file). It has been working our time for months without any issue.

There are times when the document seems to saved without any problem (we don't always get the saving error), but when you open it again, it's completely blank

Are you aware of this issue ? Needless to say, it's a serious problem for us, especially if there really is information loss involved.

With zoho documents and zoho show we are not experiencing this issue.
