Improve Edit/Add Client Interface
I have signed up for and am testing both Zoho Projects and Zoho CRM.
The interface for adding Accounts, which can be thought of as clients from a Project Management point of view is HEAPS better.
I have attached screenshots to compare.
I think Zoho Projects Edit Client view should include most (if not all) of the info that Zoho CRM collects.
Also, note how in Zoho CRM an Account can have a Parent Account. For me this is big. I have a client for example (a design firm), that subcontracts work to me.
So the design firm might be called ACME Design. They do websites for companyA.com, companyB.com, and companyC.com.
In CRM, I create an account for each domain (ACME Design, companyA.com, companyB.com, and companyC.com). ACME is the parent and the others are subs.
That allows me to create a visual relationship, but nominate ACME as the contact point and the one who is paying me.
