Our strategic planning plans to grow the company using customized and web-based softwares, and as we area a Recruitment Firm we are trying different softwares looking for the best ones. At first we tought Zoho Recruit was the best but we identified serious "gaps" in Zoho, such as : API not applied for customized fields Not customized project management fields Limmited personalized fields for candidates profile Dosen`t have a interview interface were we could input codes e other segmentation stufs.
