In ZOHO Books: How do I get the receivables and payables and unused credits to show up under the contacts tab?

In ZOHO Books:  How do I get the receivables and payables and unused credits to show up under the contacts tab?

It appears that these numbers will show up if I create the invoice, or bill (etc) from contacts, BUT when I create an invoice (for example) from "Money Out" and select my "contact" from the drop down, the amounts don't appear under "Contacts."
