inactive admin

well i opened zoho account at first : admin@sabco-lb.com and with the cpanel i created user admin1@sabco-lb.com and i gave it an admin privilege...

well the first one admin@sabco-lb.com i am not being able to enter because of inactive user message
while the other one admin1@sabco-lb.com i can enter it
what i need to know how to make admin@sabco-lb.com active please waiting for reply ?
