Do we need to pay extra license fees for inactive users in books? When colleagues enter time entries to jobs in Zoho People, the time entries are synced to books. But what happens is a new "timesheet-staff user" is created in books as inactive user. I know every additional user in books costs 2,5€/month extra so I was wondering if this is charged additionally in this scenario.

And would it be the same case if time entries are synced from Zoho Projects to books?
