Hello, I hope you all can help.

We have a form that includes the option to upload a file, I would like any files submitted to be included with the email notification. I have tried adding the appropriate field label to the notification email but this only produces the filename (see attachment for example) not a link to the document (or the document itself). 

Anybody know how this is possible please?
