Incoming and Outgoing Emails Blocked
Hi Zoho team,
Out email account '
sanjoy@buzzads.in' got blocked due to exceeded space. However, the user has deleted unwanted emails and now this user's storage usage is only 47%. But I am unable to unblock the incoming and outgoing emails for this user, it says "
Operation permitted for paid user(s) only.".
Please unblock this user for us.
