Incoming disabled bug

Hello,

I got this problem with two accounts. I disabled the accounts and when i enabled them. this problem started. now their incoming is disabled and when i click to enable i get "Operation permitted for paid user(s) only." error

already wrote to support last day but no reply.

kindly fix the problem and enable incoming.
