Incoming email blocked

Hi all,

One of our mail boxes has incoming email blocked. I am the administrator of the domain but i can not activate showing a message like "option only available for paid users"

I don´t know why it get blocked, can anyone help us?

The mailbox is eladio.marcos@neobitgs.es
