Incoming mail not working for all senders

Apparently they checked that DNS settings are fine, which I suspected, and

... that in fact I should be receiving mail. Hm.
... Then they asked for the specific sender's mail address.

Should have mentioned that this sender has no problems sending to and being received by other Zoho mail accounts.

So I am not any closer to a solution. But at least Zoho got in touch.

As soon as I hit "post" on this message, I received a reply from Zoho to my 2nd inquiry from today. Just for the record...

So it something must be wrong with our settings after all.
