I often have emails sent from my Zoho Mail address to another address on the same domain name bounce. We have an external anti-spam system and below is the relevant part of the log from a bounced message:

I've set up rules in the spam settings of the Zoho Control Panel but this keeps happening. Can someone please help?
The domain name is citransportrepairs.com.au. I'm sending from ianlong to admin.
