Incoming Mail Disabled

I need my incoming mail enabled immediately!!! It started fetching thousands of emails from my old account and my incoming was disabled numerous times. It now says I've reached the daily limit. I need this unblocked and I need the mail to quit fetching any more email. Please help!!!!! I run the business and am missing important emails.
