Incorrect hours on invoice...

Hello,

This is my first time invoicing with Zoho Invoice and I'm running into an issue where the incorrect number of hours are being used on the invoice.

Here's my process:

  1. Click on invoices >> Create New Invoice
  2. Select Customer (below I see "7 unbilled projects)
  3. Click on "Include 7 unbilled projects"
  4. Select project from dropdown
  5. Added:
    • Show in item name: Project Name
    • Show in item description: Project Description
  6. Click Add
Here's where I have the problem.

I have 11:30 of unbilled time with this project BUT Zoho Invoice shows 1 hour and a large dollar number in the rate field - about 8x my rate. I've had this issue on other projects, too.

Any ideas? I'd like to understand what is happening and how to fix it.
