Increase ticket start from number for new tickets

Increase ticket start from number for new tickets

Hi.

I would like the tickets to start from 15100 to make it a 5 digit ticket number. 

So ticket 1 would be 15101

Also would be very helpful if the Subject line on agent reply is Category rather than Subject.
