Indeed isn't able to index full job descriptions
Recently, we've been sent an email from Indeed saying that they can't "index the full descriptions of all [our] jobs". This is a big concern for us. Below I've pasted the email that we received: Hi Stacy, I have received word from the Quality team and it seems that we are not indexing the full descriptions of all your jobs. If you take a look at this job, Indeed is only pulling everything up to the Roles and Responsibilities section. We are not indexing any information past that section including the qualifications, skill set, work experience, etc. This could be a result of how Zoho is formating the jobs, so in order for us to aggregate all the other information, could you please move everything and format the other sections within the Roles and Responsibilties section? This needs to be done for all the jobs. Let me know if you have any other questions. Amanda While there is a solution, we would rather find a way to make the formatting compatible between the two. Or perhaps it's something else that we need to do to make all of those sections indexed in Indeed. I look forward to your response!
