indispensable, needed, whised, cravings

I'm a Zoho fan, I think Zoho is developing amazing and affordable solutions for real business small and big
As a daily user of Zoho books (now with 2 accounts for 2 different countries/companies), and working with our 2 accountants, I come to some usability issues that I have categorized (will be nice to have others added to my list from users experiences):

Indispensable 
  1. Reports: You can't list a group of invoices (one by one), it will group by clients, articles or vendors
    • NEED also to be able to just list all the invoices one by one, so I'm able to export all the invoices (same with bills and expenses)
    • ALSO NEED to show all amounts: net; taxes;total in that lists
      • Note: There's a way through Accounts/Transactions/sales, but then list all the data WITHOUT invoice number
  2. Reports: NEED to be able to export all the PDF invoices, bills or expenses (the documents) for a certain time period
  3. Reports NEED to be able to generate an excel report with several tabs containing all the information and details for our accountant (I can send an example from our previous books program) so our accountant can work with
  4. Reports: NEED to be able to list in account transactions all the transaction for a full category, example: "income" or "Expenses" now I need to go account by account.
  5. Chart of Accounts: Most accountability structures (and countries) have a tree system for the Chart of accounts, so you can group them, like: 1 Group; 1.0 Subgroup; 1.0.1 Account. Different countries use diferente codes, but all use a tree system
Several of the reports sections need to be improved with more details or options to add columns to the reports

Needed

  1. Thousands and decimals separator structure in exports reports. The system show the right separators for the country were the organization has been established (example Spain is #.###,00), but when you export to excel, all the numbers have dot separators, do not export with the right separators, thats a pain when the accountant must work with the excel.
Wished 
  1. Selling Orders: Many companies like mine have clients that make several orders along the month and then at the end of the month we group all the orders and invoice in only one invoice and be able to automated the creation of the invoice at the end of the month.
  2. Group Payments: Sometimes clients pay several invoices in only one payment. Will be good to be able to reflect this somehow, as in the "real" accounts books will only be a movement
  3. Bills payment notification: Will be nice to be able to notify the vendors when I pay to them
  4. Automated notifications option: Will be good to be able to choose automated notifications as per client basis, as there are some clients that I want to use with, and some not, now is hole system base, or use or not for all
  5. Salesman commissions: Will be nice to be able to assign a commission to our salesman so I can have calculated at the end of the month all the commissions I must pay to every salesman
Cravings
  1. To have an integrate international free SMS service for notifications, as now are several available in market
  2. To have a personal finances program. Many small companies and professionals have a mess with personal and professional finances, will be nice to be able to have my personal/family finances connected to books, so I can see all my financial state personal and professional integrated
