Individuals Having Trouble Viewing Spreadsheet

Hi,

I have a spreadsheet with multiple sheets that have sensitive information on them and I want to share specific pages with specific individuals. However, when I enter their email address and send them the invite with "Read Only" permission on the specific page, they cannot view it when they open it via the link in the email. It seems that the only way they can view the page is if the whole spreadsheet was shared to them-which is not a desired option/solution.

Please help with a solution.
